How do I stop doing keto without suffering a rebound?
By not starting in the first place
>keto, not even once
Try eating actual healthy foods.

You are going to be going up in water weight the first week after anyway. Just control your calories.

So I don't have to worry about reintroducing carbs into my diet?
>>36846635
I gained about 2-3 kgs of water weight after getting out of my 5 month keto diet, just keep your calories low for the first week or two. But be careful, you'll have insane Sugar/Carb cravings. And you will also be always hungry. Good luck anon

A week in and already lost 10lbs (mostly water weight)
Plan to do one more week before carbing up for three days
Thing is, I have no idea what to eat in those 3 days
Any ideas?
I wouldn't go carb crazy immediately, either. The gas...it'll sneak up on you.

2 weeks isn't nearly long enough to be adapted (if you're actually doing keto). Try going for 12 weeks before you do anything funny, especially if you're lifting
I lost 30lbs on keto and looked fucking great.
Then I went to the doctor and my LDL cholesterol was 3x the normal limit and I had high blood pressure and palpitations because I was eating mainly bacon eggs and cheese.

You can reverse your cholesterol by eating oatmeal.

In all fairness, losing a bunch of weight releases a ton of fatty acids into your blood. Obviously your doctor is a better authority, but you definitely want to wait a good 6+ months after your weight stabilizes before LDL means much of anything.

I'll see what I can do
In another sorta related question:
how safe is it to combine keto with yohimbine?
>>36849279
Active weight loss normally lowers LDL.
>>36849206
Try adding intermittent fasting to your routine.

Good k ano should ,be if fibre get enough ?

It was my understanding that LDL measures go kind of haywire for a while, as do total cholesterol.
