I have heard that 6g of this twice day significantly increases muscle growth. Can anyone confirm? Leucine in general not necessarily this brand.

Yes leucine is one of the VERY few supplements that are worth it, along with a multi vitamin, vitamin D, fish oil, and zma.

OP here. I hit my macros every day. I have just heard and read that leucine and BCAAs help muscles recover. It's a near negligible amount of calories and I'm trying to cut and not lose a signifcant amount of muscle.
