I just don't buy the stuff. When I don't have it near me, I don't really want it. Sure, I might eat a tiny bit once a month (at friends places...), but this wont ruin a cut

I dont need to. Since my taste and sense of smell isnt the best sugary stuff like gummy bears and chocolate do absolutely nothing for me.
Same goes for fast food.

I don't even know what's going on. I've never been able to make gains while on a deficit or change fat into muscle or whatever, and it makes no sense that it should start now.

Weight is dropping but i can't see much difference. Still got 10 lbs to drop to achieve my current goal. I can only hope i won't lose strength before reaching desired body weight.

breakfast
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- local, low-fat butter
- Philadelphia classic cheese
- bit of pesto and pepper
- double shot espresso

lunch
- 4 slices of ww bread
- 75% of a regular peanut butter serving
- banana
- double shot espresso

evening
Wrap with skinless chicken, spinach, peppers and bit of cream fraiche. living at my parents, so just eat very little in the evenings, but everything was mixed in one pan now

snacks
- 200g lowfat yoghurt
- cup of oats
- kiwi
- 2.5L water (of which 0,8L is tea)

what are basic things I can change in my diet for cutting? I'll probably take out 2-3 slices of bread a day, but I need to replace them with something else. Also whats great everyday protein rich food for cutting?

I'm pretty small so I can't really cut (but I'm doing keto so I can get shredded and then lean bulk from there) but I have a good amount of fat and no size because I've cut retardedly before
