If i stuck to a cut and was at about 20% bf how long would it take me to get to 10%. Just a best appoximation(with no cheat meals)
Depends on the deficit. Probably somewhere from 4-6 months.

-600 cal, regular cardio and too nutrition and you could do it in roughly 2-3 months

Why do people set goals like this?
Set a goal of getting 15% and maintaining that for a long time, the once maintaining 15% becomes a non-issue than move onto 12% or so. Then stick around there for awhile and once your body is use to it and normalised at 12% then begin a push to 10% and under.
Going from 20 to 10% is a huge fucking difference in how you will feel and your chances of maintaining it are extremely low and chances are you'll end up back at 20% because you just brute forced your way to 10% going all out never really learning how to feel normal at that level of bodyfat.
