I've been doing 500m rows to warm up but that's about it.

Uphill sprints here. About 15mins 2x a week.

I play floorball twice a week and cycle to gym, sometimes I go for a light jog on rest days but thats about it. I can run 3k at coopers-test so I guess I dont have to worry about cardio
