I just use 100g of oats, put in a fair bit of water, put in the microwave and stir it everyone 1min until it's thick and stodgy. Then I stir some stevia in it. Good as fuck.

If you want sweet, dice up an apple really small and simmer it with the cinnamon for ~30 mins beforehand (replenishing water).
Both ways are better if you let the oats soak in all of the ingredients for 10-20 mins before cooking.
