Hello /fit/ i decided to stop being a fat sack of crap and decided to work out. I joined planet fitness and walked for 2 hours yesterday while watching house of cards, then did 50 reps on every machine. Afterwords i had a muscle milk and a salad and that was all i ate all day. How am i doing? What do you think? Any tips for beginers?

For someone like OP, Planet Fitness will serve him well for about 6 months if he keeps at it.
After the initial slim-down he'll want to move on to a place with actual free weights.

If he sticks to his cardio and ignores the free pizza on the way out he'll be alright.

I have a hard time not gorging on dietary slices I keep in the cupboard right now, cutting from 194 to 175, 6'1.
Maybe the fatty will resist pizza for a short while, but eventually his mind will jump through those old hoops and con him into taking a pizza slice or a doughnut, and then all bets are off.
My experience is you cannot have food within your reach until you develop discipline.
Pizza is the hardest thing to resist. Smell is everywhere.

Thin-crust pizza isn't necessarily bad for you unless you eat a shit ton of it.

Quite clearly a b8, fuck off.
fat fuck
Gyms should not serve pizza. What kind of retarded idea is that.

Sure feels good to be living a post-apocalyptic dystopia right now. The only food smell on the streets right now is kebab, and it sticks bad and looks like parasite-laden cancer (which they are)

It's not a gym, it's a scam.

>and walked for 2 hours yesterday
1. repeat it every day.
2. actually running cuts your time in 4th, 30 min of run = 400kcal.
>>36843004
I remember when I was too fat to run and could only walk. Some people can't run due to being fatties
I know if there was pizza in my gym i wpuld have a slice.
