There is literally no reason to eat carbs on a cut.

You can't get satiety from carbs because leptin doesn't react to them. Carbs are the only significant substance to cause insulin upregulation, which is a guarantee new fat tissue will form. Moreover, the human body doesn't need carbs for anything. It can synthesize what little the brain needs of glucose.

A human body can sustain life and normal function indefinitely without carbs. In fact, it's the most natural state you can be in. From epileptics to Inuits, there are plenty of individuals who live without carbs and are healthier because of it.

Being in ketosis is far more protein-sparing than eating carbs regularly. There is a huge surplus of fuel (fat) and there is literally no reason to catabolize that muscle, unlike on high-carb diets.

Also soft tissue takes much longer to strengthen than muscle tissue. So many people have strong muscles but weak connective tissue. They try to do dips and snap their shoulders.

I don't know how people do this, I can't even eat Break Fast or Lunch... It just doesn't work for me. I Basically eat at 7PM because that's when I actually get hungry. I've tried eating 3 times a day and I just fatter.
