Ok anon, these recipes are all ridiculously over complicated. Here's the easy way:
>Put a cup of milk in a saucepan
>Put a cup of water in the same saucepan
>Put a cup of oats in the same saucepan
>Turn up the heat to medium, and stir gradually until it starts to boil
>Put the heat on low, and stir gradually for 3-5 minutes
>Turn off heat, and eat your oatz

You can flavour it, or add anything you want either during or after the cooking. Also, the amount of water, oats and milk doesn't really matter, as long as they're equal to each other.

1:4 volume of oatz to water.

Cook in a saucepan for 20-25 minutes depending on how thicc you like your oatmeal. Stir it every now and again.

When its ready put a bit of butter in and cook for another two minutes and stir constantly. Butter is important, half the nutrients in oatz are fat soluble. Also the grease will help you clean the bottom of your saucepan in case you weren't stirring enough and some oatz burned to the bottom. Also butter tastes good.

Okay all of you fags are making this way harder than it needs to be.

Take a cup, any microwave safe cup. Fill it with water. Put the cup in the microwave and heat that shit for 1.5-2min. Put some oats in a bowl. Now pour some of that hot water on the oats and stir that shit up. Use as much or as little water as you like. Let the tasty little shits rest for a minute to absorb all that hot water. Find a spoon and eat that shit.

Adding shit to your oats is easy af too, just put some peanut butter and/or some whey in with the oats before you pour the water.

Bam. Oats. Done.
