What do I do? I was doing preacher curls then I heard a bunch of popping sounds. My bicep looks like it moved up my arm a bit. It didn't hurt at all at first but now its sore as hell. This happened about 2 hours ago

Yes you probably tore it, but if it didn't hurt right away it isn't that serious. Just don't lift on it for a couple weeks and make sure to ice it. If it still hurts after a week, see a doctor.

Firstly don't roid unless you have trained for years, you will build muscle faster than your tendons can grow aka snapcity.
Learn how to¨double overhandgrip on heavy deadlifts, make sure your arm are fully extended, and not even slightly curled.
Don't do too heavy preacher curls, like 90% of everyone i've heard of snapping their bicep was either doing preacher curls or deadlifts.
Mkae sure you ward up and stretch before doing bicep or deadlifts. Get some eccentric bicep exercises into your routine.
