What is /fit/s opinion on wraps? Literally any food, healthy as fuck, can be made delicious by just put it into a wrap

No sauce. Go out to a local delicacy store, buy a nice bottle of balsamic vinager, and drizzle that on. Tons of flavor, and very few cals. Other than that, you dont really need a sauce, if you have a bunch of chopped up veggies like tomatoes that will bring plenty of juice.

I've been fasting for the last 6 weeks, lost 28 lbs so far but i fucking hate chicken now, i probably ate around 1 and a half pounds of chicken every day.

I'm currently trying out scooby's meals, which pretty much means cooking a cauliflower base and then adding things like eggs and fish.

Probably gonna do this for a week or 2 and see if i can get back to chicken, or something else.

Any other ideas for a very low calorie meal?

I don't really have an average lunch, but I design each lunch to generally hit my macros and use up 1/4 to 1/3 of my daily caloric budget. Each lunch has lots of chicken or turkey, a low glycemic index carbohydrate, and plenty of vegetables.

For example, today I had 1/5 of a chicken pot pie that I made on Saturday. Tastes amazing.

You can easily make chicken pot pie that has good macros and doesn't blow the calorie budget. The principal ingredient is roasted (or boiled) chicken, after all. You can use quinoa flour or peanut flour instead of white flour, go easy on the butter, use Greek yogurt instead of butter, and/or make a healthy gravy with lots of broth and less butter/oil.

2 c greens
1 c other misc. vegetables (carrots, onion, celery, peppers, cucumber etc.)
6 oz grilled chicken breast
2 servings of a "fun" ingredient... nuts, cheese, dressing, avocado, fruit etc.
Herbs and vinegar.

For example, today I had:
2 c arugula
1 c blistered tomatoes
6 oz grilled chicken breast
2 oz mozzarella cheese
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 shredded basil
