Wewlads, time to switch squats from PRing every workout to PR/light/PR for squats.

Skipping Sunday rest days and going from 240 to 275 3x5 in the time span of two weeks has made my legs feel like jello. Hoping to hit 300 3x5 within another 2 weeks.

What's your sauna routine?

To be a role model you have to focus on fixing your own shit and owning yourself. It is hard to be a role model when you have no direction in life. Do you have any interests besides lifting? If not, maybe enroll in a CC for cheap and see if you enjoy any Kin/Exercise Science classes?

I've felt the same since I've been studying engineering for two years and have been fucking hating it. I'm dropping out and switching to Kinesiology for my undergrad and then going to try and go to grad school for Physical Therapy.

When I was in college for Engineering and had absolutely no drive to do any of the work I fucking hated everything. I was alone and not moving in life, literally making reverse progress by spending money every semester to work at a degree which I have no interest in completing. I'm going to go into insane debt because I'm a white guy with a below average income transferring from another college, but I still feel like it is the best option seeing as how I would earn enough to pay off my debt realtively easily once I graduate AND I am doing something I'm passionate about.

If you have no interests or passions that are really marketable, you COULD join the army. I had the same thought and started doing a shitton of cardio and BW exercises, I wanted to be a Ranger. Then when push came to shove I pussied out to live the comfy life of just sitting home in front of my computer in my safe zone.

If you have any passion that is marketable and makes decent money, do the math and see if it is worth going to college for, or even better, see if you can get into that field by just teaching yourself the subject matter and demonstrating your knowledge to companies with your own personal projects.

Friends will come and go. If you want them back just call them and set something up. I don't know the story of what happened but sometimes you have to be the initiator.
