Get leaner and do exercises that hit each pec independently. So instead of barbell use dumbells, but don't get on a hammerstrength and not push both levers, that is retarded since the levers work independent from each to make the pecs work independently.

he's right, it's posture - one of your shoulders is lower than the other as well. It might be mild scoliosis - there are youtube videos about how to fix it at home.
