OHP because I have fucking atrocious rotator cuffs. I find squat easiest as I'm a cyclist so mega quads.

I'm currently at all those for working sets, with the exception of bench, where I'm running at 92.kg.
Completed all my sets for 1pl8 OHP last wednesday. Felt glorious, just gotta try squeeze 2pl8 bench in to fill in my 1/2/3/4 goal.
In order of what occured first: Squat, Diddylift, OHP.
