I just want them to fucking LEARN. There're so many people who don't understand why they're fat, and what they're doing to their bodies.
My grandmother is in her 80s, and is in terrible health because of her weight. She's miserable. At this rate, my mother will be the same. It's actually heartbreaking to watch my mom slowly kill herself.
