You guys don't know shit. He didn't die in a fucking sauna, he was in a massage parlour in Thailand. He did use the sauna, but after he complained of being tired and fell asleep in a chair in the massage parlour. He didn't wake up. His shit was robbed too, including his laptop in his room he was renting and some other shit.
Chestbrah said he had suspicions that Zyzz was given some drug that fucked him up and stopped his heart. Nobody really knows 100% what happened to him outside that, just that he complained about being tired in a massage parlour in Thailand, fell asleep, was robbed and died.
Thailand is a shithole country and tons of shit happens there. Zyzz probably brought a lot of attention to himself and was scoped out by some criminal gang. They probably found a way to slip him a drug, stole his key to his room, and stole his shit.
He also abused steroids and other drugs and his heart apparently was already weak as is, so maybe the drug he was slipped killed him.

Not just cardio, but good nutrition. Blood tests are a tremendous resource for finding imbalances in your body that are currently DESTROYING your organs. They will lead to a chronic disease if you aren't eating right, even if you are sculpted like a Ancient Roman/Greek God. I imagine if Zyzz got a blood test he may have found problems in his heart that could have been prevented. Other than doing drugs he probably could have been alive today.
