hey bros i am going to start doing GREYSKULL
i have some lifting experience but my triceps, chest and shoulders are severely lacking obviously!!

what can i do to emphasize those muscles?

lifts:
dl - 265lbs 2x5
squat - 205lbs 3x8
bench - 125lbs 3x8
press - 65lbs 3x8
chinups - 8 bodyweight

6'0 - 190 lbs - 20%~ bodyfat

pretty sure i'm around 20%. I was 170 lbs before and relatively lean. that pic i'm 195lbs so i'm a little fatter in those pics than current

i thought it might be gyno, but its soft... my fat just tends to collect there. if its cold, or i stay away from salty foods for a while it is not as prominent but theres a bit of a breast dip for sure

on and off.. usually lasting around 3 months each.. i fell off the wagon for half a year so I need to start back from scratch.

my upperbody is very weak compared to my lower body - i was wondering what i could add to greyskull to help give the beach muscles a bit more pop

what is your diet like now? are you cutting or doing a recomp? your lifts are kind of low instead of focusing on aesthetics, maybe focus on getting stronger on a deficit. I know its not what you want to hear, but there isnt really a magic pill for "beach muscles"

last go that I had, i was lifting on a deficit and my upper body lifts stalled at those numbers. i wasn't low enough body fat so i got sorta confused as to what to do

Cut. You're talking about beach so I assume you're not into this for power lifting. Yeah you want strength but you can get it while cutting too, slower, and with stalling but then you drop 10% weight and go again next week, vs getting fat as fuck. You're at least 25% body fat so if you keep bulking you're gonna have a bad time. At least eat tiny bit under maintenance.

take a deload week keep the routine the same, if you eat at a deficit you will lose weight. when i stalled the first time i got on EC and it helped tremendously.
