Currently sitting out my last year of track in high school, which sucks as much dick as you might imagine. Was looking to get my 800 time down to around 2:05 so that I could help us win conference. Unfortunately tendonitis currently has its 10-inch cock rammed up my asshole, so I can't do shit but sit around and hope I at least get healthy before summer conditioning starts for college.

Had a solid cross-country season though, with a PR of 17:43 for the 3-mile, which I never expected from myself.

It really does suck to not be able to run just when things are getting exciting, especially since this is my last year on the team. I guess if there's any silver lining, I can at least look back on the last 3 years of running and remember what great experiences they were. Here's hoping for some serious summer mileage.

went on a great long run this morning as the sun came up. 12.7 miles at 6:51 pace. Way faster than I've ever done my long run before. just went for it today to see how capable i am of a sub 1:30 half-marathon. feels good, hope i dont injure myself from this tho

Broke my 5k pr a few days ago. I was planning on running a 10k, instead broke my 5k pr at 20:32. Felt pretty good.

Also, post your resting heart rate, height, age, etc. I'm curious what extend of lifestyle, body composition, supplements and exercise regime influence heart rates.

>18 years old
>5k 2 times a week on rest days once on a lifting day, lifting 6 days a week
>healthy diet (no soda, no premade foods, lots of veggies and protein)
>BCAAs, multivitamin, lots of vitamin B, magnesium, caffeine from coffee (kind of counts as the fact I drink it as pre workout as well)
>otter mode, +-12% bf
>resting hr: 55-58
