Protein. There's no fucking WAY I can get 180 protons a day. How the hell are you guys getting your body weight in grams each day?

Especially bcuz I'm cutting: 2500 maint, 500-1000 deficit. I eat oats in the morning. 1 protein shake throughout the day. And some meat in the evening. Also, I'm a broke college fag at the moment. I need cheap protein advice.

we arent all hamplanets, many of us are concerned with body composition and consuming something with over half of its calories from simple sugars is not a good way to maintain lean mass and encourage fat loss on a cut

Milk is actually fantastic for maintaining lean mass while cutting, I've lost more fat and kept more muscle by drinking a litre of full fat milk after every workout than I did cutting without milk.

Skinless boneless chicken breast. Here in Canadistan you can a package of it for $10 and it varies from like .8 to 1.2 kilos or 2-3 lbs. 1 kilo is about 300 grams of protein for about 1700 calories.

Canned salmon is good, canned tuna is even better. 30 grams protein for 160 calories in the little cans and they're like $2

Oh for fuck's sake I never cease to be amazed at you guys that can't fucking EAT for some reason. It's the most natural thing in the world, as natural as sleeping or taking a dump, but you can't manage to do it somehow? Really?

Instead of eating only 3 meals a day, eat 3 meals a day plus 2-3 snacks between meals. Make those snacks mostly something like meat and cheese and milk. You'll find that you'll actually have to be careful not to over-eat protein. Now GTFO of here.
