So, as usual, there is a big spike in women coming to my local gym to burn some fat for summer and as usual, none of them take it seriously.
Maybe 10% of them (all of them middle aged) get there without makeup and normal sports clothes, do 40-60 minutes and leave, thats fine.
The other 90% are retards that show up in huge hipster glasses (anyone who wears glasses inside the gym is an idiot btw) or expensive clothes, covered in makeup that just proves they are just going to do 3 mph on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Why even come to a gym? They take up all the treadmills and crosstrainers and look at me weird when im there on 10mph speed with an incline, sweating and breathing heavily, its like they see a gym as just another venue to show their attractiveness.
Why are they even in a gym? Just go to a fucking park and jog if you want attention.

Running is different though, I sweat up a storm and they slide all over my face then fall off. Treadmill running I just take them off, outside I other deal with it and constantly push them back up, because I'm not seeing shit without them.

I purchased mine with anti-fog coating due to living in a colder climate. It's not perfect, but it helps, especially in the gym. I also chose frames that fit well, and had them fitted well when they arrived. They rarely slide, and only then when doing particularly vigorous HIIT routines. Thus, when doing HIIT, I take them off and put them with my log and water bottle. Simple enough.

I got to a dedicated weightlifting gym.
At my gym like 90% of them are teenage girls who have never done a full squat in their entire life. Of course their form is going to suck and their numbers are going to be pathetic, but they'll eventually get better if they stick with the training.
The other 10% are quasi-professional athletes who compete regularly and know exactly what they're there for.
