just count calories. that fitness instructor or teach or whatever lost 16lbs eating Oreos to prove a point. the thing is that bread and is like 100+ calories per slice. so eating something like a sandwich already starts you at 200 calories without including everything you put between the bread. plus white bread contains nothing useful.
