Actually, that depends on the bottle. Certain plastics leech xenoestrogens into the water too, so unless they're glass bottles that's not so great either. In the US and the UK (I'm not so sure about Western Europe) there's a pretty high content of this shit in the tap water that doesn't get removed during filtration.
