Yo im looking for a good bodyweight routine for aesthetics, I can buy dumbells though. I have a pullup bar and dip station already.
Fitness level:
Bench 3x5 160lbs
3x8 chinups
Squat 3x5 120lbs
I don't want to go to the gym anymore because I'm working 10-12 hour days consistently, would like to just workout at home and still achieve my goals of just having a nice aesthetic otter mode body. I am currently 160lbs at 6ft.
I've been working out consistently in the gym for about a year. Just need a nice routine I can do home for my goals.
Pls help. Thank you.

This is an almost full-body routine a /fit/izen posted >>36792081 so it might be useful as a basis to work out what's a balanced routine - his routine is lacking in core (which means abdominals, internal and external - as well as lower back I think) which is what he was asking about in that thread.
if you want to see how he looks scroll up in the thread a bit, although it isn't that important since as long as you're working every muscle aesthetics is a matter of emphasis and leanness, not routine.

Seems nice and basic. 3x a week or 6x like usual PPL? I probably wanna do some yoga/running on off days, 23 yr old but honestly noticing my legs especially not being flexible and it being annoying sometimes

Holy shit 10 sets is a lot. Curious about those inverted rows, would be able to avoid buying dumbells then..
Does first anon recommend 10 sets for that or just the usual 3x8-12 progression?

he has a lot of mass which he implied he added through that routine and from what I read when you're using lower weights you need to make up for it with more reps to make up the volume (overall weight moved in a session).
here's what he said about starting out >>36792237

I see. I can definitrely work up to that over time, hopefully those workouts arent like 3 hours long lol.

A buddy of mine was in a similar situation and he bought those P90x dvds and he saw some good results. Although he didn't stick exactly to their diet plan
Any of the above will do just fine. What really brings out the goal body will be your nutrition.
6' 200 lbs My routine
Chest
Handstand pushups
Pushup
Incline pushups
Dips
Close hand dips
Inverted skull crushers
Legs
Squat
Pistol squat
One leg split squat
Lunges
Calf raises
Jump squat
Back
Wide grip chins
Wide grip pullups
Close grip chins
Close grip pullups
Inverted rows
Chest/Legs/Back repeat. I may not look that aesthetic but i also eat 3000 cals a day. I plan on adding cardio and core exercise this coming week.

Lol probably should of read the whole thread before postin. Switch up legs every once in a while too. I feel i occasionally over work them, less can be more sometimes ya know? Also started cutting and can see some ab definition but would still do core.

Torrent p90x. Its mostly calisthenics. You will need dumb/barbells and it wouldn't hurt to have pushup bars for more ROM.
It has days for stretching and yoga too. Great for actually having muscle you can use. Sounds perfect for your situation desu, senpai.

You can start with this - good luck.

no space for a barbell sadly. Ill look into it though if i dont go with other anons routine.. Its hard to say whats gonna get me the best results, but all seems fine i guess

You don't need a barbell for P90X... >>36810190

Okay for example I can do about 3 sets of 15 pullups so far. So do I just keep adding more sets until I get to 15 reps on the next set, and then keep add another one and so on? Is that what you did?
Or should I do 10 sets of like 5 reps and add reps to each set until I'm up to 15 on each set?
