when you're beginning you can squeeze shit out on a regular basis until you get into a zone thats a bit more realistic for volume training.

same thing applies to squats and bench and deads.

beginners can PR every other week usually.

when you get into the thick of things, yeah you need to do volume. But i'm not there yet.

I'd go with 25mm simply because it's easier to add more height later on if you want, and it's easier to get used to than steeper heels.

I personally dont give any merit to the height charts and shit desu. People are so different. World champions are of varying heights.

Muscular development slows down considerably after a few years, you should slowly bulk(within reason) and it will eventually be quite obvious that you are not gaining much more muscle, and thats when you can start thinking about where you are and where you want to go.

Anger because I repress my feels/emotions for the most part and I listen to music that hypes me up.

I forgot my headphones yesterday and so was more 'zen' lifting and I was easily able to PR on everything, even easier than normal. Everything felt more 'real' when all I could hear was my own breathing and the gym ventilation going instead of loud music blasting into my ears.

Yeah, it's aktiveshop, lel. I've been to that page so many times and I can never get it right. The rubber coated ones with handles. They're SLIGHTLY smaller in diameter than the average plate though. I think I'm using the 480 one for pressing. I bought a 310 at first, but that one got rekt from rack pulls. You'd want a more decent bar either way though.
