Maybe it's stupid, but I'd feel better about by beard if I wasn't fapping my whole life. I got a surge of body hair at puberty but it stopped at my face. Pretty much a rug everywhere else. I wonder if it coincides with fapping saping my pubescent testosterone.

even if beards were entirely genetic, populations vary a lot.
Did one of your cycles include tren? 350 test 700 tren and whatever mass builder you want to throw in and you'll start to develop more male characteristics, body hair, facial hair, sharper jaw, deeper voice, confidence and aggression, ect
The rogaine will work, but you gotta stick through with it for more than 2-3 months. People say they start to see good permanent gains after the 3 month mark, but your best bet is to stay on it for at least 6mos. Also, you should be getting 8h of sleep a night, eating well, and staying hydrated.
Take a biotin supplement 1x day if you're feeling antsy aboit your beard progress

levels of dht and test don't have the biggest impact on facial hair growth. facial hair begins to grow when receptors on haircell membrane get activated by testosterone in the blood, having more testosterone will not result in a very large difference. Your genetic predisposition determins how large the effect caused by the activated receptors is. some people don't need a lot of test and get thick and lots of hair growth because their receptors respond so well to testosterone

I actually did do injectable Tren my first cycle, about 6 years ago when 22 years old. Pretty much initiated a second puberty, but again from the neck down. Bigger clavicle, more barreled chest, heavier bones, thicker chest hair. No real beard change though.
Second cycle last year at 27 was Test-Cyp and Oral Tren, which can only be used for a few weeks at a time. Great strength increases, but no visible masculinizing effects.
As a side note, I always got bloodshot eyes when on injectable tren. Maybe it was the high blood pressure it causes.
