Before I got banned from my gym I used to take off every single dumbbell from the rack and hide them in different places in the gym. Also I would do a set of light weights on every machine then change the weight to the heaviest one when no one saw.

My gym has security cameras.
I tell security that there has been x issue at x part of the gym at x time.
I know at least one person has been banned from my gym because of my actions.

When I see a guy with his girlfriend I check him out and see what weight he uses, once I have a good estimate of what weight he uses I'll go to the dbs he uses and superglue them to the rack so he makes an ass out of himself in front of his gf
I sometimes add 2.5kg to somebody's bench if he's not looking but only to one side so he develops a stupid physique
