1. Squeeze the fuck out of the bar with your hands to get your forearms and triceps involved and help stabilize the bar. Your whole upper body should be tight during the push.
2. When you start to push, imagine you're pushing it slightly backwards, as if you were going to lock the bar out behind your head like in a clean.
3. Get a big breath of air in your gut and hold it while you're pushing. This keeps your core tightly braced and protects against back injuries.

Those 3 things have helped me immeasurably.

You run with the bar behind your neck and then come to a stop and push it off your neck as quickly as you can. You try to see how far you can get it to go, aiming for distance obviously. I think the current world record is like 43ft.

I think OHP is my strongest lift relative wise. It least symmetricstrength says so.

I can bench press 75 5RM, squat 100 3RM, deadlift 110 5RM and Press 60 1RM, and my delts are "intermediate" while the rest is "novice".
