i do this. but i'm not lifting the whole time. i spend way too long in between sets. just thinking about shit, daydreaming, etc.
today i did about 20 sets of various exercises and it took my 2 hours.. that's 5-6 minutes between sets
how do i stop this
i see the same people every fucking day and they're there from before i get there to after i leave and i workout for like an hour and a half with long rests doing chest triceps and shoulders

If you're spending 2 hours at the gym you aren't lifting hard enough.
There are a few good reasons though
1) You have only a few days in the week to work out, so long full body workouts 2 times a week is better than doing splits across 4-5 days.
2) You're on gear so you can actually make use of working out super long every workout more than 3+ times a week.
