Did it for 6 months, lost 26kg. But I just gained strength (mitochondria witchcraft as I read), and lost muscle mass.
I just don´t want to go two steps backwards now that I´ve made one forward.

Technically speaking, you shouldn't lose muscle while you do keto, maybe you didn't eat as much as you should. It really is a pain to eat the recommended amount of kcals when you can't even touch carbs for more than 10g of fibers or so. I did it for two months and lost 8kg, but it really was shit to maintain myself motivated, even though I felt much more solid at the gym.

Hmm at the end (Month 5 and 6) at 83-84 kg i ate around 2200-2400 kcal, and had a physically demanding job. But after 1-1/2 months i didn´t even notice that I was in keto..
