I'm 1.85 but 58 kilos. Underweight lanky skelly. But whenever people see me, they tell me that I have a lot of potential in lifting. That I'm wasting my body because I have one of those bodies that can be shaped beyond good.

this week i upped my calorie intake to ~2500 and im going to my first day at the gym tomorrow. Previously I've kept everything pretty kenyan tier, doing 5-6k runs 3-4 times a week with very little protein and pure carbs.

finally managed to justify spending money on the gym (very very poor atm) but im optimistic - height is already good and you can't have an angry lesbian face at 58 kilos

Chicken breast is not food for gaining weight. It's pure protein, for better and for worse. These are not "gaining" calories, and their usage for energy in the body is far from straightforward

My recommendation - use other parts of chicken, that contain more fat, and cook with butter - animal source fat is better, especially for gaining

8-12 sets per bodypart
8-10 reps

now i do splits 3+1 or 4+1
15 sets per bodypart, arms 10 sets
