>mfw he achieved a perfect body through his shitty home workout routine
>mfw he'd still look better than any of us if he were a fatass
Genetics>everything else
Why even bother?
That sounds right for the body he has, though.
Enough for decent chest, shoulders, arms and back development with no legs.
>LMAO JUST PUSHUPS AND ENDORPHINS
normies are gonna see this and expect same results. Good desu

you can get the same results provided you have superior genetics which is really what it boils down to.
>Charlie Hunnam’s height is 186cm, or 5′ 10″
>>36784479
Don't try messing up with the metric system if you're american, it just makes you look dumb.
186 cm is something between 6'1" and 6'2".

Protip: if you lift for aesthetics gains and don't look good past that bodyfat/muscle mass it's time to give up, otherwise you're just another overcompensating faggot.

>reads article
>"Hunnam relies on a good diet"
>does various, scientifically effective bodyweight exercises
normies who can read, follow directions, and stick to a good meal plan can expect the same results
>looks through mother's women's fitness magazine so I can have a laugh at its shitty routines
>it recommends deadlifts and compounds
People are right when they say genetics plays a significant role in fitness, especially bodybuilding, but they usually have no idea what that means. Genetics isn't really about what's possible, it's about response. People with good genetics respond more efficiently to exercise, so they don't need the extra time to build a base and get past the n00b stage - their bodies are also more efficient, so they don't need to worry about minimizing muscle wasting and avoiding catabolism as much. That DOESN'T mean that someone without "good genetics" can't achieve the same results. It just means that it will take a bit longer, and they will need to be more careful about what they do to make sure they don't fuck things up for themselves. The only aspect of genetics that is as represented is the shape of muscle bellies, frame, and fat distribution. Those cannot really be changed. However, any professional bodybuilder will tell you that by emphasizing certain areas in training and by being smart, you can get the shape of body you want, even if it's not what your genetics dictate.
