Only two months lifting so far. Probably not even worth showing based on how minute the change is.

no, you're +20% bf and look like you haven't lifted a single weight in your life.

You definitely have all the possible beginner gains still to be had. If you cut down at a moderate deficit to 12% bf and eat enough protein and lift hard as fuck you will 1. lose fat 2. gain muscle

That is exactly what a recomping is and it works wonders for a beginner like you.

You have so much fat and energy stored. Gaining strength and muscle while cutting applies more significantly for those who are at like under 10% bf to begin with and at natty limit. At THAT point yes it is impossible to make gains when on a deficit.
