Gotta say OP i'm impressed.

I only recently pushed to 185kg for 3. The best I can do at 140kg is 8 and then I'm totally fucked.

What tips can you give?

I fell for the deadlift meme, and fucked my back up. I had perfect form and still got injured. Luckily I was young at the time so I recovered, but if I'd been older the injury would probably have never fully healed. Never again.

Deadlifts make you fat, unaesthetic, and carry more risk of serious injury than any other exercise. Even if athletic performance is your goal, they aren't useful there. You think Floyd Mayweather deadlifts? Lol. Literally only useful for powerlifters.

People are going to flame me for this but I'm really only trying to help and stop you guys from getting injured. It's not worth the risk for 99% of lfiters. And the only aesthetic muscles they benefit are traps and forearms, which can be target far more effectively and safely with other exercises.
