A pound of ground beef is like 1100 calories and you don't usually just eat the ground beef on its own. Pretty much any way you eat that 1100 calories is gonna bump it up to 2000. Sloppy joes, burgers, burritos, tacos, etc.
Blend oats milk banana and peanut butter together. Drink twice a day. Half of your calorie intake is done.
