If you naturally dont have a jaw, with a lot of effort you can still acquire one.
For example i have a pretty shitty jaw naturally, but over the years i basically "shaped" it and now it looks decent 7/10.

Well first of all you need to lose fat, be 12% or less, thats pre requisite.
Chew gum. People say its a meme, but its simply not. Chewing gum works out your jaw muscles. And just like any muscles, they can increase in size and get thicker.
Be high test. How? You need to have an amazing body. If you have an amazing body, it means you lifted for years and your test levels are high enough to maintain those thick muscles.
