Why the deadline?

1 pound a week is pretty easy to lose if you stay aware of what you're eating. 2 pounds a week is completely doable but will leave you hungry some of the time, which most people aren't used to dealing with. Much faster than that is something you should see a doctor about, not a Tibetan Weaving bulliten board.

Keto and calorie restriction. I've been doing keto for a few months and I feel great on it. Felt pretty shitty for a few days when I quit carbs though. Now I have high energy all the time and no brain fog, hunger doesn't feel like a clawing pain anymore and I can fast and not feel like I'm dying.

Almost a pound per day. Even with complete water fasting, the schedule will be tight. But still possible if you start at 456 lbs.

The math is as follows:

80 lbs * 3500 = 280,000 calories you'll have to NOT eat.

Divided by 90 days = 3111 calories deficit, per day.

So, just eat 3111 calories fewer per day than you burn and you'll meet your goal.

The average adult male burns 2000 calories a day, so you'll need 3111 fewer calories than that.

I just hit 55lbs lost since January 1st. I was 285, and now I'm down to 230. Still got a ways to go, but it hasn't actually been all that difficult.

My secret was eating one meal a day, walking daily about 6,000 steps and working out two or three days a week. I'm not even being that disciplined. I don't count calories, my workouts are only about 30-45 minutes, and walking is easy since I live right off my campus.

I imagine if you are needing to lose 80lbs, you must be a little bigger than I was. I'm guessing, oh, 325 or so? Doing what I did, it's probably very possible, ESPECIALLY if you do it with discipline. 1500 calories a day, workout three-four days a week, and no lean protein/veggies/water.
