It's that time of the year again.
The birds are shining, the sun is chirping.
Lets leave the gym once a week and enjoy the sun!
* What's your first choice: Running, biking & swimming?
* How is that working out for you?
* Why are you not doing cardio?

So now I can only run.
It's working pretty well but whenever I try to go for longer distances I get blisters.
How can I prevent this shit?

Ah I've been using the cheapest possible Chinese crap.
I guess I'll have to cave and buy some good stuff form a sports store.
Thank you
I run a few miles most mornings, depending on the weather. I live near the Appalachian mountains, and go hiking a few times a week as well. I'm loving this time of year!
Did 10 miles on a trail near my house. Love them cardio bunnies.

I've been doing running HIIT for the past couple weeks because I desperately want abs
The cardio bunnies you see on your runs are pretty nice.

Anybody else just use a punchbag for 90% of cardio?
I'm convinced it has the best stress relief and psychological benefits of any form of cardio.
Mixed HIIT with my routine, run after lifting, rowing after leg day, hit the bag after my workout every other day. No pool at my current location.
