I'm a 250lb 5'11, 22 year old chap who's struggled with weight his whole life. 2 years ago I lost 60lbs, got down to 220lbs eating 1300 calories a day. Life happened and I ate my way back to 260 or so.

I've been eating 1850 calories a day along with weightlifting and one or two cardio sessions a week. I should be losing 2 lbs a week, but I've lost 6 lbs in the past 5 weeks.. Literally what could be the reason? Its so annoying. I'm tempted to be stupid and drop down to 1300 again just so the weight will go away. Please anybody with some advice?

It sounds about right desu. You're losing over a pound a week, that means slightly more than a -500 deficit. 600-800 maybe?

1850 + 700 = 2550 maintenance... which sounds about right for a fatty.

so it's not rocket science, either you increase the deficit or you keep going at your current reasonable fat loss. the fact that you bounced back from your initial fat loss tells me you should probably be taking it slow and trying to make a life change out of it and not just a "I need to lose weight now and forget about it"

i ate 100 cals for 2 weeks now.

i only eat one meal in the evening, and dont put anything besides water in my mouth in between the meals

meals are 200g panbaked chicken breast
1 chicken quarterleg
500-700g vegetables.

actually feel full after the meal for a few hours.
