You can safely eat like 4 tuna cans a week, depending how heavy you are.
Mackerel and salmon have much less mercury. So if you like fish, maybe eat tuna 3x per week and mackerel 3x per week. But don't eat more than that.
The smaller the fish you are eating is, more of it you can eat without killing yourself. That's how it is.
