What's the best exercises to get the best lats?
pullups, snatch grip deadlifts, dips are fairly good also.

Sounds like standing cable push downs.. Sorta like a dumbbell pullover but not

Treat weighted pullups like a primary compound like bench or squat
At this point I really think that pull-ups are the best for lats, better than chins or rows. I don't really know why, but it's gotten me much better results than anything else.

Do close (as in hands less than a foot apart) thumbless grip weighted chinups, with your legs pointed infront of your body to isolate the fuck out of your lats

Get one that has both so you can do pullups/chinups and neutral grip. Then switch it up on a rotation. For example, I do 5x10 pullups each day that I work out like this:
Week 1:
>Mon: 5x10 regular grip pullups
>Wed: 5x10 neutral grip
>Fri: 5x10 regular grip
Week 2:
>Mon: 5x10 regular grip
>Wed: 5x10 chinups
>Fri: 5x10 regular grip
Then I just repeat that rotation. Lats have been blowing up.
i do lat pulldowns and dont get shit for lat gains. my lats are non existent. are you supposed to use a narrow or wide grip??
