Hey fit, I'm 24 - 1m73 and weighed 66,8kg at the beginning of February. Started cutting (1300kcal a day) and working out 2-3 times a week (cardio+weights). Got quite fast down to 65kg but now it seems I'm stuck at 63,6 for the last two weeks.
Why is that? Is my body used to my routine by now? If so, what can I do to continue to lose weight?
Wanna go down to 60kg so still 3,6kg to go.. JLaw goal body lol. She's about as tall as I am, do you guys think she weighs 60kgs? Maybe I have to go down even more to reach my goal :o

Your TDEE does go down as you lose weight. Simply put, it's now easier for your body to do the things it needs to do all day, such as walking around. You're carrying less weight around with you.

Lower calories? :( Im using My Fitnesspal to keep track of calories and it adjusts as I enter new weight
I'll continue my routine for 2 more weeks and see what will happen. If nothing then I'll consider lowering

Eat less, or train more. Or both. Its that simple... also it gets very complicated with hormones and your period and it might be that soon ul loose a ton after your period is gone.

Honestly, make sure that you are measuring your intake correctly (oils, mayo, dressing, shit like that). 1300 calories is getting pretty low. 1200 is usually a floor for most people at your height.

Thats what I thought so too, I don't wanna start a crashdiet by going even lower in calories or not have enough energy to workout.
I guess I'll do more cardio and just continue my routine. Ur right about the hormones and period stuff, maybe in a few weeks I'll see more progress. Why is it always so complicated for women, u men have it easier bodywise
