I'm hairy as, haven't shaved my face in a month and I've grown a full beard in that time. Last year got my testosterone levels checked and they came back at 24.2 (works out to about 708 whatever) and that was while being really depressed and being deficient in vitamin d.

Warm water and basic shaving cream.
Grab the ball-skin that you're going to shave, and try to flatten it out to shave it.
It takes a while to get used to. If any hair is long right now, trim it and then shave.
Possible use something like witchhazel on it when you're done.
