Not him but being this lean isn't complicated... Find out your tdee and eat at maintenance on lifting days and -300 or so on non lifting days. You will (very very slowly) add muscle mass while dropping body fat. Or the faster route is to just cut down to single digit bf% once, and then eat at +200-300 every day until the end of time, obviously continuing to lift based on a routine/schedule that hits every muscle group twice a week, however you choose to structure that.
