I roid, it's not a myth but people think it's a lot more dramatic than it actually is. When I get physicals done my doc usually measures my testicular volume and when I got a physical while on cycle he told me my testicles had lost about 15% of their volume. You can't tell just by looking at someone's balls whether or not they're natty. There's too much natural variation on testicle size and steroid use just doesn't have as huge an impact on size as people think.
