Am I calculating this correctly?
This pack of chicken breasts I bought has five. Its net weight is 4.50. Dividing gets me to 0.9 lb. Converting to ounces gets me to 14.4 ounces each...
I looked it up and apparently, each chicken breast is around 700 cals and 120 grams of protein. I'm calculating incorrectly, aren't I?

chicken must've been an absolute monster

Plain boneless skinless chicken breasts are usually around 300 calories each.

Yeah, how can I get down to rhe actual amount?

An average breast is 6-8 oz, or about 0.5 lb. Yours is twice the normal size, so in theory 700 cals is normal. But those sound like xboxhueg breasts.
buy a food scale and never have this problem again
