Always after workout. My gym's is in the men's locker-room. Has several organic varieties of facial cream depending on the time of day.

Genuinely unsure if you're making a gay semen joke here

I couldn't really imagine a use for facial cream in a sauna though tbqhwu
>>
Yep, after my last workout of the week. Opens up the pores and shit, keep dat face and back acne under control.

Should probably drink water at the rate that you are sweating.

What is the optimal time for a sauna session?

I've heard a 20-min session burns around 500 calories, but could be bullshit
>>
I'm trying to get toned and I'm worried if I'll have loose skin once I reach the bodyfat % I'm aiming from. Should I avoid the sauna? I've been going to them almost after every work out. Should I stop it?

As long as it takes to get sweaty and obtain a nice warm release of stress. Some guys are fast - the more experienced are generally slower.
>>
I read that you get some HGH increase or some shit but that is probably bro science. On the other hand it will age your skin.

I don't think sitting down in a hot ass room burns a whole lot of calories. You'd burn more sitting in a cold room, since your body would have to keep itself warm.
