How to Deadlift:

Feet just over hip width

Bar over middle of foot

Reach to knees using hops without bending them

Once at knees bend with them

Grab the bar

Lift up chest

Push with legs till bar is at knees

At knees push hips forward

Push yourself backwards; Knees not over toes when bent

Use your core; If you haven't been exercising, one way to know is you are leaning on the ball of your heel to balance, and not your toes etc

Heres the short guide,anything else is pointless:
Bench:grab bar ,sit with back straight at first,tighten your ass and place your legs further back until you get your ass tight,pull your shoulderblades down and back ,grab bar above your chest ,on the way down tuck your elbows so as to keep the forearm perpenticular to the floor ,on the way up untuck so as to keep the forearm straight like on descend.

Squat:Chest up,feet medium stance,tighten everything,descend by pointing your legs out AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE and keeping the chest up,once you reach bottom,push with legs ooutside and with the back like in a goodmorning so as to stand up.

Deadlift:put bar in front of feet like 5 cm in front,sit down by hinging by keeping legs straight and using the ass only,grab bar ,bend shins till it touches the bar,now most important step is to get your shoulderblades a little infront of bar,so tighten everything and move a little forward fron then explode behind back into position by pulling everything back.

Look on profile,if he were to lower his ass a little more his shins wouldnt be paralle but whats important is that his shoulders would be behind the bar making the movement infintely way harder.
Look at way Koklyaev or that fat english strongman guy deadlift.
If your shoulders are behind the bar you are just squatting the weight and once its past knees it wont be near your body.

the angle of the back depends on the individuals biomechanics and so set up positions varies. Also olylifters would probably prefer a lower ass position for greater crossover into snatch and c+j.

You can clearly see in pic 4 and 5a that if he were to sit more down his forearm would be straight and he'd be forced to squat the weight.
Maybe you,first year lifters,think deadlifting is a squat movement cause of your short t-rex arms but i, and most powerlifters who dont have short arms like you ,guarantee that your arms must not be perpendicular so your shoulders are infront of bar so you can push the bar like in legpress while pulling back else you cannot phyisically pull the bar back.
See that fat UK strongman with mohawk how he explains and why he is doing that movement at the beginning of the deadlift.

Rippletoe doesnt say how to bench prss in a arch.
I found out that the best way to learn this is get a small weight and focus on keeping your forearms perpendicular to the ground the whole movement then move on to big weights and feel how the weights gets much harder if you dont press correctly.

After that thing all you do is go alittle bit forward and then sit back once you feel your legs are almost perpendicular.
I prefer to go all the way forward and then swing back fast so i get momentum.
