Fuck any calf isolation I jump roped for 25 minutes 4 days ago and I'm still sore as fuck.
Explain why you aren't joining the supreme cardio/calf sport that is jump roping.
But, anon, I do jumprope. Getting pretty good at going fast jumping with both feet. What should I graduate to, doubles? Single leg jumps?
I'm starting to jump rope everyday in an effort to become super light on my feet. When I'm going ham its definitely a lot more demanding than running. Every fucking second feels like hell. Most of the time though I just trip on my left leg and start getting self conscious about my scoliosis when I feel my right hip ride up.
I'm on day 3 now and it's really starting to feel more of a work on concentration and coordination than cardio or a calf workout.

Thats fine man, keep at it. Jumping rope is good for your posture if you concentrate on maintaining a good posture while doing it.
