It's not that rare, It's just that no one give a fuck beside in /fit/. Nobody is starring at your nipples in real life unless it's very noticeble. I mean this guy is a fat fuck and think his problem is gyno. Then it will be his wide hips, his skin, his pec insertion, his nose, his hair attachment, his chest hair, his tiny fuck, his height, his shoulder frame. Nobody in real life give a fuck about these stuff not even 10/10 qts, these are only expedients unless I repeat problems are VERY serious; I've seen so many fat, short people enjoying their time and laughing with their friends and hooking up with some qts, this board made me so focussed in these things that sometime at the bar, in a party or at the beach I'm like "wtf why are we hanging out with this manlet, or speaking to this guy with gyno" before realizing how nobody else give a fuck.

doctor is an expert in gyno removal and charges three times less than others. All he does is basically removing gyno. He did like over 9000 gyno surgeries and he can do it blindfolded, plus he removes everything so you will never get gyno again if you decide to hop on gear and cost of the operation includes liposuction while other doctors charge double is liposuction is needed
