He is somewhat of a social retard. Thinks stuff sounds cool that really makes him sound like an edgy 15 y/o. But i think his advice on lifting is pretty good. Most of the stuff he tells is in line with what the literature and experienced coaches say. I think if you follow his advice you will do ok.
